21st Seiran Festival
Meeting my brother and Yida to go to the Japanese High School Festival.
Ended up we reached the school at 10 plus.
Byrights we planned to go there earlier.
But luckily, the crowd was still manageable.
Their science lab:
Content : Slime and Experiment
The Art Exhibition :
So cool! They even have a haunted house!
But I didn't go in. LOL!
Work of history by the 2nd grade's students.
The work of Social Study :
Inside the Japanese-style room.
Guess what we are going to do next?
That's right, we are going for the Japanese Tea Ceremony!
The tea ceremony is a famous Japanese tradition.
Before this lady (below) served us the tea, we had to memorize a long list of steps.
It's their procedure for the tea ceremony.
The green tea :
It's so different from what we drink at those Japanese restaurants!
This is much thicker and bitter.
Me and brother :
Now then I know that the guys can't really sit in seiza-style.
Brother and Yida gave up kneeling and sat cross-legged.
Spotted a cute girl in Hello Kitty costume hoodie :
Left the second floor as there was nothing much to explore already.
It's lunch time!
Check out the queue! Even Pikachu was also queueing up for the food.
It was too crowded.
Thus, we decided to go somewhere else to eat.
As we were on our way out of the school, a Caucasian teacher asked if we wanted a tour by the students.
Because they needed to practice their English.
So in the end, three students brought us for a mini tour in their school.
It was only 1 plus when we left the place.
We took bus to Westmall for a movie - "Johnny English Reborn".
I thought I wouldn't enjoy this movie but eventually I was laughing throughout the whole show!
Alright, after that the two guys accompanied me to Better Vision.
Finally they have pink contact lens for this brand - FreshKon!
Cause previously I bought 2 pairs of colour lens online (not FreshKon) and my eyes hurt when I wear it within 1 hour.
Therefore I bought 4 pairs of monthly disposable to try out first.
Lastly, dinner at KouFu and then home!
