My New Year Countdown begins with the movie "The Treasure Hunter".

I watched that because of Jay Chou and Lin Zhi Ling, not for the storyline.


Anyway, dinner at Lerk Thai Restaurant.

Food was average but the air-con there was cold.


Did some shopping and then headed to the Singapore Flyer.


When we reached there, the party was already started.

While waiting for the ride which was at 11.30pm, we went to explore the..

Time to collect the tickets for the Singapore Flyer!

*EXCITED*




Never expected that it will be so crowded.


The feeling is like as if we are at the Customs.


Hoping to catch the fireworks in the capsules but due to overcrowding, the ride was delay.

So we had two choices :

1) go out to see the firework then back again for the ride

or

2) continue queueing up but there will be no guarantee that you can catch the firework.


And of course we chose to watch the firework first.

Finally, the fireworks came with the DJ playing the song:

that tonight gonna be a good night, that tonight gonna be a good goood night~




After the fireworks, at last..


He said that actually it is meant to be the last activity for Year 2009,

but now it became the first activity for welcoming the Year of 2010!

Thats all for the half an hour ride!


It was around 1am, parents and grandma were still there as the night they had wedding dinner.

Dad sent us back and lights off at 3am!
