Sentosa Spooktacular
Was actually super excited for this Halloween night,
as this is my first time going for an event at Sentosa.
After work, went back home immediately and got changed and put on makeup.
Transformed myself into a devil to thrive in the Halloween mood!
Awhile later, Wy and James came over to my house and waited for me.
We finally left the house at 7pm.
This year, I decided not to dress scary.
Just a simple one will do.
Reached there and saw the super long queue.
While we were walking towards the queue,
I saw this white faced ghost when I was talking to wy.
Tried to act calm and avoided looking at her, hoping that she wouldn't chase me.
But she could sense that I was scared.
So she stalked me for awhile and I didn't know...
Until she was just beside me and when I turned my head I saw her.
Of course I screamed like hell and everyone was looking at me!
Brother and James saw her coming but none of them informed me.
Anyway, look at this scary japanese school girl below.
After we took the photo, she swung her hair and giggled in a high pitch tone.
Super eerie.
Yes, since last year's Halloween, I have wanted to come here!
WELCOME TO SENTOSA SPOOKTACULAR!
Our first stop: The Cursed Island
And we queued for around 40 mins.
Waiting at the entrance :
We had to line up in a straight line and walk inside this foggy room.
I couldnt see the 'ghosts' but I could tell there were many.
It was a 10 mins walk, and if I am not wrong, I screamed 1 time.
Poor wy, I grabbed her shoulder so hard.
When we came out, brother told me that there was a ghost singing beside my ear.
I think I was too scared to hear it.
I have to really admit that my heart is growing weaker as years go by!
The exit of the Cursed Island :
Walked past this cemetery while we proceeded to the next stop.
We took this picture beside a toilet.
Then there were a lot of people crowding outside.
It wasn't due to too little cubicles, but because there was a 'ghost' using the toilet.
When he ran out, everyone scrambled away from him.
After he left we still weren't sure whether we should use the toilet.
As we didnt know whether there were any more.
Is just for scenery viewing, at least there is air-con and time to relax for awhile.
So tiring.
Well, you know it is cam-whore time!
Such a nice scenery right?
Can see the hotel from here.
As it was descending, there was nothing else to see.
So I took this chance to cam-whore again!
Third stop : Wax Museum
We queued for almost 1 hour for that,
and I thought it was just wax figurines on display for photo taking.
So decided to give it a try.
Some skeleton decorations hanging on the pillar to add to the atmosphere.
The most funny part is when we were about to reach the entrance,
I saw one of the "ghosts" moving around.
I stepped back and said I am not going in.
Even after much persuasion from brother, I still thought, forget it.
In the end the three of them went in without me.
But outside was scarier because I was alone,
had to be alert and make sure there is no one about to backstab me.
Finally they came out and told me that was more fun compared to the first one.
Wy got scared by one of them as she couldnt differentiate the real and fake.
Fourth Stop : Haunted Asylum (The scariest)
Brother went in alone without us.
One word for him - BRAVE!
Managed to end everything at 11.30pm.
Photo taking session with the "ghost" time!
This is the best one!
Chinese opera.
Immediately I thought of the makeup that my teacher taught me before.
So next year who wanna become opera themed ghost for halloween can find me!
Nice. But isn't the eyebrow too high already?
Some other random "ghosts" :
I told them that this year will most probably be the last Halloween night for me.
Then my brother said we shall wait and see because he knew that I am fickle minded.
Still, it is my first experience for this spooktacular event and I totally enjoyed the scary night.
