Goodbye, Year 2009!

Counting down to Year 2010 in a few hours time!


Before saying goodbye to 2009, I wanted to pen down all my thoughts and the little changes in my life.

Things weren't so smooth as there were so many ups and downs for me especially my love life but still I have to accept it.

At the beginning of year 2009, I ended my almost 3 years worth of relationship after I knew that his heart wasn't with me from the start.

Since then, my heart hasn't fully recovered before I tried being with another one a few months later, and I thought that I had made the right choice.

But in the end, he broke his promise and left me alone.

So, I told myself not to trust them so easily despite getting hurt again.

At that time, no words can describe the pain in my heart but luckily I got great companions and friends around me, especially Kok Seng, Wendy, Wy, Ming and etc..

Really wanted to take this opportunity to thank you guys.

As for another changes, is that I have quit Lasalle and got a Professional Makeup Artistry Diploma certificate at Cosmoprof Academy.

Although I didn't get a distinction but a pass with the result of 78%.

Hopefully this coming Year 2010 will be a fruitful year for me and for everyone!

And, it's time to find a job real soon!

Went to Suntec City with parents, brother and Wy's parents.

My parents decided to have Porridge Buffet Lunch at Joaquim Buffet Restaurant which is $9.80 plus for each person.

The dishes cater to most Hokkien, Teochew, Cantonese and Hainanese palates.


They have kway chap too!

So before we end this meal, let's have pulut hitam (mum's favourite)!




After the meal, we shopped around and when we wanted to cross over to Iluma,

IT STARTED TO RAIN HEAVILY!

But luckily it stopped just in time.

Anyway thanks Kok Seng for helping me to buy movie tickets!

Brought them to watch "Avatar *In 3D* ".

For me is again, since this is my second time watching it! Awesome!

Went separate ways with them and we headed to Bugis Street to shop.

Finally I got my own short wig and will be collected next week.

So now, time for dessert at Ji De Chi which located at Liang Seah Street.


Mine is of course Durian Sago with Pomelo!


Inside these is filled with mango (I didn't try it).

Maybe next time because I was full with the yummy durian!

Had A Blissful Christmas!

Sakae Sushi for dinner but didn't eat much as my gastric had not got better.

So we headed back and .. ...


He lighted nine sparkers at the sides of the present for Christmas.

Actually it was meant to be a surprise but I was scared of getting close to it.

Thanks for the surprise, although he claimed that it was a bit of a failure.

To me, it is not, it's the thought that counts and I really appreciate it.

Christmas Eve '09

I thought I wouldn't be able to come out to celebrate Christmas Eve.

But I got a bit better after I ate some medicine.

Still, I didn't had any food for the whole day, this morning I tried to take some light meal and again it vomit out.

Met up with Liang Zhen 5pm at Jurong Point to watch "Avatar *In 3D*"

The duration for this show is 2hr 40 mins, cool!

Trust me, it is really a nice one, especially in 3D!


Along our way to Holland Village to find Wy, James, Ming and Gwen, we had this conversation about characters, sharing our past relationship, etc.

He said that I look better without putting fake eye lashes (I know because someone have mention it to me before).

As for character wise, YES! you are right, I just don't know how to start a small talk with someone that I am not close with but I trying very hard to speak more. =D

Anyway, next we headed to the Harry's Bar.

Liang Zhen joined us for awhile before he went to find his girlfriend.

So hungry now because I have just vomit out my dinner.


The feeling is not good at all.

Here I Am Back From Sabah!

Tuesday, December 15, 2009 (Day 1)

Reached Changi Airport at 9 plus and had our breakfast first before heading to Sabah with my parents, brother, big aunt and granny.


I want to buy a new sunglasses soon!




Have a nice ride with Air Asia Airline.


Halfway through, I changed to my favourite window seat.

So cool!

After 2 hours of journey, finally we reached Tawau Airport!

And the weather is super hot!


Actually this trip to Sabah is to visit my uncle who lives there.

So he came over to airport to fetch us with his seven seater car.

After awhile, we went out again for our dinner.

It's only 4 plus and the sky is getting dark.

So by the time when it reaches 6pm, the sky is totally dark as if it is 8pm.

This mantis prawn is actually longer than the chopstick!

Imagine how big it was.

Wednesday, December 16, 2009 (Day 2)

Guess what is our first activity?


SPEED BOAT!

A private boat which costs about RM900 per hour.

Woke up at 7 plus to get prepared for this.




Enjoying the wind although the weather is around 34 degree.

Check out and left Semporna at 12.30pm.

Then we had a 6 hrs long journey to our next stop.


I wouldn't be continued writing about the rest of the days at Sabah as there is not much to blog about.

But it is a nice place to relax and I hope to visit there again!
