The 1920s Makeup

Lesson for today is learning about 1920s Makeup Technique.

Me and my today's makeup artist, Brendy!


From today till next Tuesday will be about 1920s to 1980s makeup.

Three Days Of Coasta Sands Resort

Day 1 (Friday)


Met up with Kok Seng after my class.

He cooked corn porridge and brought it over to me.


Then, we headed down to VivoCity.

He bought me makeup books from The Make Up Store while waiting for Wy.


Took train over to Sentosa and alighted at Beach Station.


And finally we reached the Coasta Sands Resort!



The three of us slacked and watched tv for hours till James came.

After that, Kok Seng sent me back to grandparent's house.

Day 2 (Saturday)

The next day, my parents came over and drove me back to the resort.

They brought along Harry, Apple and Pinky too!


Most of the people will have BBQ or buffet, but ours was STEAMBOAT!

Special right?


My first picture for today will be with my dear Wy.


Come on, lets start eating! So hungry.


After dinner, the few of us wanted to play Monopoly,

Again, took picture with my brother first before our game start.


Our "Credit Card".

And each players have 15 Million.


Apple wanted to play too!

This super cute Harry looks so blur and emo.


The game ended around 2 hours later. And the most richest is Wy!

Everyone went back except James, Wy, Kok Seng and me staying overnight.

Day 3 (Sunday)


We woke up at 8am and need to checked out by 10am.

Back to grandparent's house first.

Then bathed and accompanied Ming to get something at Town area.

As I bought a red checkered long sleeve shirt from Fourskin.

After that, Gwen joined us for dinner at Aston.

And we had a quick shopped at Bugis Street before home sweet hm!

SG Cares Volunteer Orientation

Today lesson was about Photographic Bridal Makeup.

Therefore the makeup is heavier than the previous lesson.

As everyone was busy writing notes and I am still taking pictures.

After class, Kok seng came down and we had lunch at Thai Express.

Then at night, went to The Central and I attended this SG Cares Volunteer Orientation at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre.

Now I have finished my orientation, which means I can start my voluntary work!



Lastly, Waraku Japanese Restaurant for our dinner.

Love their Udon!

First of all, Happy Deepavali! But of course this is not the main topic.

Met up with Jia Cheng first and we headed to Iluma K Suites for a party.

Yes, today Riodi and Riodo are celebrating their Double 21st Birthday.


Evon and luo ling came in later.


Really miss the days when we are still working together.


With my dear birthday girl, Riodi.


Around 5.30pm, their birthday cake arrives.

We were rushing to Tampines 1 to buy Yuan Ling's birthday gift.

Her 21st birthday celebration was at Goldkist Beach Resort.

We cabbed down and manged to reach there before she cut cake.

Present Hunting

After class, met up with Wendy to hunt birthday present and shopping.

Went to The Heeren, Tangs Plaza, Far East Plaza, Shaw House.

And I found Shu Min at Isetan! She was working under Clinique.


Then, she introduced to us 3-Step Skin Care which we bought for Riodi as her present.


Thanks girl for giving us sample of the skin care products too!

Finally My Course Has Started!

My Professional Makeup Artistry Diploma is officially started today!

Received a makeup box with a set of makeup brushes and cosmetics inside.


The best thing was, my voice started to change due to the cough.

SO ALL THE BEST TO MYSELF!!

A Trip To The ZOO!

When I saw the snakes, it reminded me of some jokes I made in LHub.

That time I was tanned after cycling with my colleagues, then few days later, my skin started to peel off.

So, I told them that I am moulting.

And it reminded me of the character of The Legend Of The Whitesnake, Bai Suzhen. Therefore I asked them,"Do you know what's the english name for Bai Suzhen?"

Ans: Susan (Suzhen)!

I know its a cold joke, forget it if you don't think its funny! LOL


Why doesn't the turtle look at me?!


Kok Seng bought the tickets for the Boat Ride too!

Thats my first time on the ride.

By the way, the ride was about 20 mins long.

After that, we went to The Kampung House of The Rainforest Kidzworld.


Since when does Miss Wendy know how to cook?
Well, I admit that I don't know how to cook in real life.

so might as well try the Horse Carriage Ride.


And after that we went off at 6pm.

A Great Saturday

Was supposed to have an ice-skating outing, but because Rino doesn't want and Jing Bao's leg was injured.

So, we changed to watch movie instead.


Evon and I were camwhoring while waiting for Eddie to buy his Zara's shoes.

Watched "(500) Days of Summer" at Cineleisure.


After the movie, we headed to Bugis.

And we had our lovely dinner at Jerk Thai before we start shopping.

Each of us at least bought something for today.
